About Brooke
I’ve spent the last 17 years inside the rooms, stadiums and hospitality environments where the biggest moments in sports unfold, not as a spectator, but as the person responsible for making sure every detail is already in place before the doors open.
From FIFA Congress in Bangkok to Super Bowl hospitality operations at Levi’s Stadium, my work lives at the intersection of operational precision and deeply human hospitality. I’ve led programs across global football, NFL, entertainment and brand environments, managing everything from credentialed guest movements and VIP access to hospitality flow, F&B programming, spatial planning and cross-functional team leadership.
My clients are agencies, brands and rights holders who need a trusted operational lead inside high-pressure environments, someone who understands both the mechanics of a world-class event and the nuance of how a guest should feel while moving through it.
In Spanish, encantada is how you introduce yourself. It means “pleased to meet you,” but with more warmth, more intention and a sense of genuine welcome behind it. That idea sits at the center of how I approach hospitality. The best experiences are never just efficient, they feel considered. Guests should feel anticipated, not managed.
As a Mexican-American founder fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a bicultural understanding to international sport and hospitality environments that often require equal parts operational discipline, cultural fluency and interpersonal intuition. Whether navigating protocol for VIP stakeholders at the 2026 FIFA World Cup or supporting premium guest experiences around marquee NFL events, I operate as both a strategic partner and a steady presence onsite.
Today, Encantada Experiential partners with agencies, brands and event producers to support world-class sports and cultural events through premium hospitality, guest operations and white-glove execution.
