About Brooke
I've spent 17 years in the rooms and stadiums where the biggest moments in sports happen, not as a spectator, but as the person making sure every detail is exactly right before anyone else walks in.
From FIFA Congress in Bangkok to the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium, my work sits at the intersection of precision operations and genuine hospitality. I've led VIP programs for On Location, Wasserman, and 160/90, managing everything from credentialed guest movements and suite operations to F&B programming, spatial design and cross-functional team leadership. My clients are agencies, brands, and rights holders who need a program lead they can trust completely, someone who understands both the operational demands of a high-security event environment and the nuance of making a VIP guest feel genuinely cared for.
In Spanish, encantada is how you introduce yourself. It’s the equivalent of "pleased to meet you," but rooted in delight rather than formality. It's a word that carries warmth and intention and it captures something I believe about hospitality: the best programs leave guests feeling genuinely welcomed, not just accommodated, like their presence mattered before they even arrived.
I'm a Mexican-American woman, fluent in the language and culture of international sport and I bring that bicultural fluency to every program I touch, whether that's navigating protocol VIP guests at The World Cup or curating a premium fan experience at a marquee NFL event.
Encantada Experiential operates as a subcontractor and program lead partner for agencies and brands producing world-class events. I'm currently available for contract engagements beginning fall 2026.
